The Juice Lady’s Anti-Inflammation Diet 28 days to restore your body and feel great. Nutritionist,writer and long time juicing expert Cherie Calbom has teamed up with Chef Abby Fammartino of Abby’s Table to bring you this amazing book. This book will educate you on the causes of chronic inflammation due to a poor diet and what we can eat to nourish our bodies and restore our health.  The book offers a 28 day plan  with menus and easy recipes to follow, including a grocery list which I found incredibly helpful. In her recipes she explains the benefits of the ingredients that are used.

Over the last year, I’ve taken a healthy turn in my own fitness and health. About the Author:

Cherie Colbom earned a Master of Science degree in nutrition from Bastyr University.  She has practiced as a clinical nutritionist at St. Luke Medical Center, Bellevue, Washington, and as a celebrity nutritionist for George Foreman and Richard Simmons. Known as “The Juice Lady™” for her work with juicing and health, her juice therapy and cleansing programs have been popular for more than a decade. She became known as George Foreman’s nutritionist and the other spokesperson for the George Foreman grills in 1996.
